Job Description

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring the application of Agile methodologies and the success of collaborative projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-up, retrospectives).
• Facilitate collaboration among development teams.
• Resolve obstacles to ensure sprint progress.
• Promote Agile culture within teams.

Desired Profile:

With a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3/5) in IT or management, you hold a Scrum Master certification and have significant experience in Agile projects.
